1. Before returning any product, you must contact us through the different available means to obtain the relevant authorization.

Return Policy
Only products in the condition in which you received them, in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and labels, will be accepted, just as you received them (send us a picture to prove this).
Before exchanging any of the lenses, temples, or parts received, and without breaking the original packaging, please check that the merchandise matches exactly what you ordered. If not, please contact us.
Return costs
We do not provide labels in case of product returns. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the product, as well as the choice of courier.
ATTENTION: All returns must be made with the customer's postage paid. Under no circumstances will returns with postage due be accepted. If this occurs, these expenses will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouses and its receipt status has been checked, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer. In the case of a Money back, the following costs will be deducted: shipping + preparation costs (7 + 3 = 10 Euros always), collection costs (7 + 3 = 10 Euros if applicable); or Exchange for another product minus the reshipping costs (7 + 3 = 10 Euros always) + .
ATTENTION: If the product that has been sent is the correct one and the packaging has been broken when opened or without all the manufacturer's documentation that was included when sending it, then the costs of repackaging the product will be charged 1/4 of the cost of the item paid due to the depreciation produced, therefore it is very important that you do not break the packaging if you open it and send everything you have received.
Is the return free?
As long as the order received is the same as the order placed, the shipping + preparation costs (7 + 3 = 10 Euros always), will be borne by the customer.
We will not refund shipping costs unless the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to what was ordered.
Please remember that the products will be the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our offices.
Please keep proof of shipment until we confirm receipt.
We will refund you, if applicable, once we have received the full contents of the items sent.
How to proceed in the event of a defective product?
If after using your item it shows a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service via email.
Include your order number in the subject of the email.
Briefly describe the problem with your product.
Send us at least two photos: one of the temple with the model references of the glasses written on it, and another showing the problem, so our Quality Department can assess it.
Are any items non-returnable?
