Once the purchase is made, it can not be cancelled without the agreement of Salelsol.
1. Before returning any product you must contact us through the different existing means in order to obtain the corresponding authorisation.
2. Once the return is authorized, you can send us the product by ordinary mail and preferably in the same box in which you received your order. You must protect it properly so that it does not get damaged during the shipping.
3. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and checking is correct, will will refund the amount of money according to the method of payment made by the customer, in the case of refunding the money we must discount shipping + preparation costs (always 7 + 3 = 10 Euros ) or exchange for another product discounting the cost of re-shipping (always 7 + 3 = 10 Euros) .
ATTENTION: If the product shipped is correct and the packaging has been broken while open, then the costs of repacking the product will be charged 1/4 part of item cost, therefore it is very important that you do not broke the packaging while open it.
ATTENTION: All returns must be paid by the customer without exception, this cost will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
When is the customer allowed to ask for returns?
You have 7 days from the day of the delivery of the product to return the product without being used and exchange it for another product or request a refund of the money paid (discounting the shipping costs of the product).
• Expenses that result in the return of an item will be paid in the following cases:
• The product is faulty or has suffered some kind of damage during the shipping
• Products that have been tested or used and that can no longer be sold as new.
ATENTION: This last tip will not be effective for situations not described in the previous paragraph. Consequently, in other situations different from the ones mentioned above, Salelsol we will not assume the expenses caused by the return.
Important: To begin the process, it is required to contact us before proceeding to the return of your item once you follow the correct instructions. Any cost caused by not respecting these instructions will be deducted from your refund or in some cases the item will be rejected by us.
Can I return an item that is not the right size? Is it free ?
To make the return of an item of inappropriate size, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• The re-shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer ( 7 Eur ).
• We do not refund shipping costs unless the product delivered to the customer has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the one requested.
Please remember that the products are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our offices.
• We recommend sending the package with a courier service that contains insurance with the value of your package and is certified with an official document.
• Save this certificate until we confirm that we have received your package.
• We will refund the money once we have received the original content of the articles.
Is there any kind of item which cannot be returned ?
• Spare parts such as screws, nuts, nosepads, earsocks, etc.
• Item must not show signs of having been use or damaged by the customer.
• After 7 days from the day of delivery of the product, it is considered that these products have been tested or used and can no longer be sold as new.
WARNING: These conditions may vary by means of a prior agreement between the customer and salesman of Salelsol.
What you have to do to return a product is the following: Once you have received the order, if you are not satisfied for some reason, you can return the item within a maximum of 7 days from the date you received your package, and we will replace your product with another one or we will refund the money.
